Banker fined over $70 million for smuggling Picasso painting out of Spain squib

MADRID (REUTERS) - An 83-year-old former Spanish bank chairman was fined €52 million (S$78 million) on Thursday (Jan 16) after being convicted of smuggling a Pablo Picasso painting abroad after it was designated a national treasure.
